Typical Daily Schedule
6:30 a.m. Nutrition shake
6:30-7:30 a.m. Exercise – nature hike
7:30-8:30 a.m. Individual session (with naturopathic doctor, nutritionist, muscle activation specialist, personal trainer, psychologist or lifestyle coach)
8:30-9:30 a.m. Breakfast
9:30-10:30 am. Exercise – beach boot camp
10:30-11:30 a.m. Group lecture series (topics include exercise, nutrition, behavioral change, lifestyle wellness, and physiology of health)
11:30-noon Personal time/rest
noon-1 p.m. Lunch
1-2 p.m. Group workshop (grocery shopping education trip, cooking demo, behavioral change, lifestyle wellness)
2-3 p.m. Exercise – strength circuit/TRX
3 p.m. Healthy snack
3-4 p.m. Individual session (with nutritionist, personal trainer, psychologist or lifestyle coach)
4-5 p.m. Yoga, guided meditation or individual massage/acupuncture
5-5:30 p.m. Personal time/rest
5:30-6:30 p.m. Dinner
6:30-7:30 p.m. Process group/goal-setting for tomorrow
