Jill was very ready to help find a location for me. She also got business from my friend and her daughter who also went to Red Mtn.

Is there anything we can do to improve our service?
I didn't even know my trip was split in two, one part paid by Just Spas and one part not. I was aware there was a $25 daily resort fee to be paid to Red Mountain and although the total amount was indicated on my Just Spas & Adventures confirmation there was a policy change after and had to pay it upon check-out and thought is was prepaid.
Other Comments
Red Mountain should note that its not fair to shuttle people to St George Airport but not to the shuttle pick up point in St George if they take the shuttle from Vegas.
