Aayush Spa
Hot & Cold Plunge Pools
This centuries-old bathing tradition involves alternating between extreme temperatures. Inviting hot pools help to reduce blood pressure, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, while refreshing cold plunges close pores, eliminating toxins and releasing muscle tension for a rejuvenating experience.

The Aayush Hydrothermal Circuit: As the centerpiece of their 40,000-square-foot wellness center, this indoor-outdoor spa area features a sequence of hot and cold replenishment pools, an icy cold plunge, and a 65-foot lap pool. It is designed for self-guided detoxification and includes a hydro-reflexology path.
Salt Inhalation Chamber
Also known as halotherapy, our salt inhalation chamber helps to optimize relaxation, respiratory function, and skin health. The experience involves breathing in air infused with tiny salt particles, inspired by centuries-old natural healing traditions.
Hydro-Reflexology Path
This rejuvenating wellness experience combines acupressure foot stimulation with the healing properties of water. A barefoot sensory experience, it has been known to help with stress reduction, improved circulation, pain relief, and enhanced overall wellness.

Dining
TULĀ offers an elevated oceanfront dining experience that beautifully complements the wellness-focused spirit of Amrit Ocean Resort. Named after the Sanskrit word for “balance,” the restaurant blends fresh coastal flavors with a mindful, nourishing approach to cuisine, featuring seasonal ingredients, vibrant presentations, and globally inspired dishes. With its serene setting overlooking the Atlantic, TULĀ is ideal for everything from a relaxed brunch to a sophisticated dinner, creating a dining atmosphere that feels both indulgent and intentionally health-conscious.
The name TULĀ means “balance” in Sanskrit, a fitting reflection of the restaurant’s ethos. The menu, inspired by the cuisines of the Blue Zones and local Floridian ingredients, follows the 70/30 principle: 70% plant-based dishes and 30% animal protein. This philosophy seamlessly integrates wellness into indulgence, offering diners a nourishing and delectable meal.
Guests can choose between indoor dining with panoramic ocean views or the terrace, where the rhythm of the waves creates a soothing backdrop.
