What did you like best about your experience?
The spa decorations were lovely. I loved the foam roller classes and special spa treatments, gifts and graces, and the laser facial. The best was the Myofascial release in the pool. Food was outstanding and water activities were fun. I took the stability and balance test so I can continue feeling good at home.

Is there anything we can do to improve our service?
Just check with the hotel ahead of time to make sure we actually receive the $100 credit from you. Also they sent you our spa itinerary instead of us. also After I arranged for our transportation, you still didn't know about it, so better communication with the resort. (although, I suspect that the problem was with the resort) as everytime I talked to them I got conflicting information.
