The food was amazing. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. My spa services were amazing and I loved having so many activities to chose from.

Jill arranged wonderful accommodations for us in a great, convenient location on the resort property. She gave us recommendations on spa services and service providers. Jill was also very responsive when I had questions.

Is there anything we can do to improve our service?
Booking activities and spa services was a bit daunting with all the offerings at the resort. I would have appreciated an outreach to help with that process; or perhaps a review of my draft schedule to suggest some things that I may have omitted but should consider. As someone who doesn't enjoy cooking, I didn't sign up for one of the cooking classes. However, the resort makes these things fun, approachable and informative and now wish I had tried one.
Other Comments
Miraval was very helpful in accommodating schedule changes throughout my stay. Although I found some classes I wanted to add last minute were full, there were always some options available so I was able to have some flexibility with my activities.
