    What’s Included: Accommodations at La Costa Resort & Spa, daily intensive fitness and nutrition training by world-class fitness professionals, three healthy meals daily, comprehensive health assessment to establish baseline measurements (additional follow-up assessments included), unlimited participation in all fitness classes, array of participant-oriented cooking classes, use of all fitness recreation areas, fun and exciting group activities including, hiking, surfing, bike riding, paddle boarding, kayaking, and aqua cycling.  Plus 3 Months of unlimited access to coaching support after arriving home to ensure successful implementation of your PFC experience.
