Is there anything we can do to improve our service?
Kioro Arenal does not have an exercise facility that works. It is in an open air building and rusty equipment was really a problem. Two hours was not enough time between flights when returning to the US in Atlanta on a Sat night. Too many returning travelers and long lines in customs.
