There were so many fun activities available that we didn’t have time to do them all. The variety of activities was great too: fitness, spa, arts & crafts, cooking and nutrition, nature exploration and more.

Jill has helped me with several trips that have all been wonderful so I know if I include her in the planning, every detail will be taken care of and the trip will exceed expectations. My husband and I were the only people from the Midwest at the resort so a lot of people asked how we ended up at Woodloch and I told them that we have a great travel agent who has always sent me someplace special. So even though we had never heard of Woodloch before, we knew it would be great because we trusted Jill.

I love Jill and would recommend her to anyone. The only thing that I thought was weird was that Jill had helped me with 3 previous trips (that I had taken with a friend), this was the fourth vacation that she’d helped me with and the first I was going on with my husband. I was the one who did all the planning with Jill. I emailed and talked with Jill on the phone. I paid for the trip with a credit card in my name…and yet when everything was booked, Jill put the reservations in my husband’s name and I don’t know why. It became a problem when I had to reserve activities because the resort had to change everything into my name so I could access their booking program. I don’t take it personally, but I did feel weirdly erased.

Thank you for such a wonderful trip. My husband was a little hesitant to go on a “spa resort” vacation with me so I explained that it’s “like a camp for grown ups”. The variety of activities, like primitive fire starting, archery and foraging hike appealed to Dave and he enjoyed all the other stuff that I was excited to do (water aerobics, cooking classes, jewelry making, etc…). We opted to eat breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and take dinners in our room. The food was amazing, great flavors, textures and portions. The only disappointment was that every night there was something wrong with our order, the meals arrived late, food or beverages were missing, cutlery forgotten. That’s the only reason I rated accommodations a 4 instead of a 5. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. The resort is in a picturesque wooded setting. We had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed reading a relaxing and watching the deer. All of the trainers and instructors were knowledgeable and informative, fun and friendly.
