The five Passion Test sessions would cover:
Day 1: Fun heart expansion exercises to get you out of your head and into your heart, followed by The Passion Test.
Day 2: Finalize The Passion Test, and create markers or benchmarks based on your own personal test results. Discussion about the Law of Attraction and its impact in our lives will follow.
Day 3: Participate in a creative writing exercise of crafting your 100th birthday speech … or … create a Vision Board which would illustrate visually and verbally what you want
your life to look like, be like. All materials would be provided.
Day 4: Conquer your limiting beliefs that keep you from being your best self. Introducing Byron Katie’s seminal process called “The Work,” you will learn how to question the nagging doubts that play in our minds, like a movie, over and over again.

Not only will you return home rested and physically rehabilitated thanks to the wonders of Miraval, you will return home with a clarity and conviction about who you are and what really matters in your life.

Mary Marshall Palmer is a certified Passion Test Facilitator and has personally trained with Janet and Chris Attwood. She has also recently completed The School for The Work with Byron Katie.
