Jill Radin-Leeds, founder and President of Just Spas & Adventures is a retired business executive who worked for many years as a travel industry executive. Her previous experience included escorting and promoting groups for leisure and incentive travel. Barry Leeds joined Just Spas & Adventures in 2007 as Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining he was CEO of Barry Leeds & Associates, Inc. a company he founded in 1977. The company served the financial industry and was the leading market research and marketing consulting firm specializing in helping the financial industry evaluate and improve service quality, the sales process and discriminatory practices. After his retirement in 2001 he was a consultant to private industry and technology start- ups.

Barry is a fly tier, a worldwide traveler and fishing destination consultant. He brings to his position and daily contact with our client’s, his expertise for service quality along with his love of travel. Barry is also responsible for internet marketing, adventure tours, worldwide villa rentals, specialty tours in Africa, Israel, South America, Canada and Central America and  also heads up Just Spas & Adventures latest venture for promoting touring Nicaragua. He also handles much of the firms cruise business from the Antarctica to Alaska to Russia and South America. His specialty in adventure touring includes; white water rafting, biking, hiking, fishing, and surfing as well as “soft” touring.
